Fiorentina interested in former Man Utd keeper De Gea

David de Gea has been without a club since he left Manchester United in 2023. Several clubs have been interested in his services during this time, but none of them have given him the go-ahead.
Fiorentina is one of the entities that want to convince the goalkeeper that their project is the best. Alfredo Pedulla assures that the club is planning to initiate contact in the next few days with the Spaniard to talk about the plans they have for him.
According to this source, De Gea would have several proposals on the table, but in Fiorentina's favour is the former Manchester United man's desire to try his luck in Italy.
The goalkeeper has so far not given his approval to any of the clubs that have approached him. According to 'TEAMTalk', the problem is his financial demands, as De Gea would like to be paid around 5.8 million euros per season, a figure that, at least so far, no one is willing to pay him.
Genoa, for example, wanted the former Red Devil in goal and that option was ruled out because of the high salary he was asking for. We will have to see what conditions Fiorentina present him with and how the Spaniard responds.
