In the middle of all the rumours about Real Madrid's signings, the club's president, Florentino Perez, once again ran into fans on the street who asked him for autographs and photos.
One fan, with the usename 'Dani15rm' recorded the moment when the boss was asked about the club's signings for next season. The fan asked about the arrival of Joselu, to which the president responded, "Yes, he'll arrive next week". The club announced his signing on Monday.
However, all the rumors have pointed recently to Kylian Mbappe, who told PSG that he will not extend his contract until 2025 and that he will play next year at the Parc des Princes and then decide his future.
Given this, fans also asked Florentino Perez if there would be more arrivals apart from Joselu, referring to a possible landing of the Frenchman at the Santiago Bernabeu, to which the president was clear with a resounding "no".
Everything seems to indicate that Real Madrid will not make a move for a player who has one year left on his contract and much less negotiate with PSG with whom they have broken off relations. This may develop as the transfer window continues but that remains to be seen.
