Getafe are one of those uncomfortable teams in the Spanish La Liga. So much so that Pepe Bordalas' side have been criticised for a style of play that doesn't exactly stand out for being attacking.
In their first round Copa del Rey tie against AD Tardienta, the Madrid side advanced to the next round by a resounding 0-12 scoreline.
This was the fourth biggest win in the history of the competition. Ahead of them are Murcia's 14-0 win over Cieza Promesas in 1992, Sporting's 13-0 victory over Aviles in 1940-41, and almost a century ago, in 1932, Celta thrashed CD Don Benito 13-0 away. It was also the biggest result in Getafe's history.
As a curiosity, in the 11 matches played so far this season, they have netted 13 times. In these 90 minutes alone, they have scored just once less than in all these matches.
Mason Greenwood, who was investigated by his club and decided to try his luck in La Liga to continue playing after being out of action for a year, scored two goals in the 15th and 54th minutes to help his team secure a ticket to the next round of the Spanish Cup.
