It was Erling Haaland once more. It's always him. Manchester City were faced with a tough game against Southampton, but the Norwegian only had to pop up once to put Pep's men ahead.
Towards the end of the first half, the ex-Borussia Dortmund man got in between the home side's two centre backs, won the aerial battle and got on the end of a Kevin de Bruyne cross to put the ball into the back of the net with a powerful header.
Later on in the second half, the young goal-machine was back amongst the festivities, adding his side's third. This one was, however, even more impressive, as he rose up to acrobatically volley the cross into the net. He was then subbed off shortly after to end Southampton's suffering.
The 22 year old attacker was back to starting after the injury which had kept him out of City and Norway's latest games. They were goals number 43 and 44 of the season, which is an impressive number for a striker who aims to beat all of the records available to him.
