Haaland fires Man City top of Premier League with Saints win

Manchester City took all three points against Southampton to move top of the Premier League as they wait to see what happens in Sunday's showdown between Liverpool and Arsenal. Things looked set to be easy for the Cityzens against the Saints when Haaland broke the deadlock in the fifth minute, but nothing could have been further from the truth. The visitors were a tough nut to crack as they tried until the last minute of the game to find an equaliser and take a point. Haaland had two clear chances in the second half to extend the lead but the Norwegian was not as clinical as at the start of the game.
