Erling Haaland set alarm bells ringing at Manchester City on Tuesday morning. The former Borussia Dortmund">Borussia Dortmund striker limped out of training with Norway, with whom he has been called up for friendlies against the Czech Republic and Denmark in the coming days.
The Sky Blues' star striker appeared to sustain a fitness problem while doing exercises with the ball. The Norwegian striker was unable to continue with the training session and left with a worried look on his face, as an injury could be a major setback in view of the tough schedule ahead of the Mancunians.
The Cityzens would suffer a blow if they were without a fully fit Erling Haaland for their next Premier League game against Arsenal, where much of the domestic title race will be decided at the Etihad Stadium.
On the other hand, Pep Guardiola's side face Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals just a week later, so missing Haaland for the first leg against 'Los Blancos' would be a blow.
No injuries have been confirmed by the Norwegian national team, but that doesn't stop Manchester City fans worrying about the fitness of their goal-scoring machine.
