Manchester City are looking to regain top spot in the Premier League while Moyes' side are trying to move away from the relegation zone. Both teams are battling at the Etihad Stadium to achieve their goals.
The first half of the match was difficult for both sides as Guardiola's side created several chances but West Ham managed to deny them.
However, Nathan Ake managed to open the scoring in the 50th minute with a shot from inside the box. Furthermore, Erling Haaland made it two in the 70th minute.
The Norwegian received a pass from Jack Grealish and scored his 35th goal with a superb shot from close range. The 22-year-old has become the Premier League's top scorer in a season.
If the game ends this way, Manchester City would regain top spot in the Premier League and move one point clear of Arsenal.
