"Hard times create strong people" - Zirkzee relishes Everton brace
Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee has spoken about his strong performance against Everton after the Dutch striker's poor run of form.

Joshua Zirkzee decided to switch from Bologna to Manchester United last summer to try his luck in England after a great season in Serie A in which he scored 13 goals and provided six assists in 37 appearances.
However, the Dutch striker is not living up to the expectations of the Mancunian club's fans despite a promising start to his Manchester United career when he picked up a late winner against Fulham as a substitute on his Red Devils debut.
However, after the Cottagers match the former Bologna man went 17 games without a goal, eight of which were starts, although he did manage two assists. Zirkzee began to receive a lot of criticism for his performance until the Dutchman silenced the critics with a stellar performance against Everton.
The Red Devils striker was instrumental in the win over the Toffees with a brace and expressed his satisfaction after the game. "Hard times create strong people and strong people bond. I think that’s what’s happening now.
"I felt comfortable in the role vs Everton. The goals helps as well for a striker. But yeah, we all came out with a confidence that we were gonna win this game," he said.
