Rasmus Hojlund is officially Manchester United's third signing. The Danish striker will play at Old Trafford until 2028 and has already given his first interview for his new club.
The 20-year-old will start his new adventure at the team where one of his biggest idols played. Cristiano Ronaldo, who signed for Al Nassr in December, is admired by Erik ten Hag's new reinforcement.
The Danish international spoke to 'MUTV' and said he believes he and the Portuguese star could have the same mentality. Moreover, he was asked about Ronaldo's influence on his career and his way of thinking.
"I think there's an interview very early with Anderson and [Rio] Ferdinand - the reporter asked them 'Who's the best football player in the world?' and he [Ronaldo] just said 'Me'. I like this mentality, that's the same mentality I go for," he said.
Hojlund could be set to perform in a Manchester United shirt in the Premier League game against Wolves on 14th August.
