Atalanta star Rasmus Hojlund is in the spotlight as several clubs are interested in signing him. However, the Dane has been strongly linked with Manchester United.
The Italian side will only let the 20-year-old leave for 60 million euros but the Red Devils are willing to pay his transfer. His current contract with Atalanta expires in 2027 but he could leave in the summer.
Erik ten Hag's side have been looking for a striker since Cristiano Ronaldo left Old Trafford in November and, although they signed Wout Weghorst on loan, they are still working to strengthen their attack.
Rumours of Hojlund's arrival have spread in recent days and even Christian Eriksen has spoken about his compatriot in an interview for 'Ekstra Bladet'.
The Denmark international made it clear that he has not spoken to his coach about signing the Atalanta striker: "I can see him at Manchester United, but I haven't recommended him to Erik ten Hag," he said.
"He is a fantastic guy and a good player and has really developed brilliantly at Atalanta. What the club ends up doing, I will not be able to answer."
