Erling Haaland has scored 52 goals in 52 competitive matches in his first season for Manchester City. The Norwegian has been able to lift the Premier League and FA Cup trophy. On Saturday he could also clinch the Champions League title.
"We are one step away from making history. Winning the Champions League is a dream and I will do everything I can for it. Without me, this team would have won everything except the Champions League, I came here partly for that," he said.
"It has been the best season of my career. I don't think about that. You can think that I have scored 52 goals or that I have scored one in seven. I don't care much."
The Norway international was asked if he considers himself one of the best players in the world: "I don't feel like I'm the most important player in the world," Haaland claimed.
