"I don't understand why people are talking about selling Ansu Fati"

Barcelona lead the La Liga table with 53 points. Real Madrid are in second place on 45 points and will not be playing in the tournament this weekend as they are facing Al-Ahly in the final of the Club World Cup.
Barca coach Xavi Hernandez gave a press conference before the match and talked about many current team issues and the possible departure of Ansu Fati.
"The January transfer window is over and I don't know why we are talking about this. We have to focus on what is at stake. For me, it's clear that he has to continue," Xavi said.
"I have faith in him. His performances will determine whether he gets more or fewer playing time. I don't understand why people are talking about selling Ansu. He is a very important player for us - for now and for the future," he concluded.
