"I knew we were a great team"

Spain were crowned with the 4th European Championship in their history after defeating England 2-1 in the final. Nico Williams spoke to the 'RTVE' microphones and gave his first impressions of the victory.
"Euphoric. Very happy. All our people deserve it. The family, the fans... We are European champions and now we are going for the World Cup," the Athletic player began in style. "Nobody can beat us. I said we were a great team. All these people deserve it," he added.
Nico Williams also had good words for his opponent: "We suffered a lot. They have players who can make the difference, but we were able to counter them".
