FC Barcelona striker Joao Felix spoke to 'Tot Costa' on Catalunya Radio and said that he believes he has convinced Bernardo Silva to sign for the Catalan giants. "If he comes, I'm going to ask for a commission," joked the Portuguese. Although he maintained that "it doesn't depend on him now".
"Everything I have said is true and, if he comes, they will be delighted with him," he also repeated that his compatriot had been interested in various topics such as the club, the city and the country. "He asked me a bit about everything and I told him about the tax issues because that's what came to my mind," he added.
On the other hand, Felix was asked about his future: "Let's see if they make it easy for me. For Cerezo I think so, because he's a fantastic guy, spectacular. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for him. Let's see what happens.
"He has always been very good to me, to my family, especially my mother, who was always there at the games. I have a good relationship with him", he explained in reference to the 'Colchoneros' president.
On another note, he assured that, if it were up to him, he would stay in Barcelona: "I'm very happy. My family is fine. I love the club, I love the people. The dressing room is tremendous and I'm very happy here".
Turning to the Champions League, Joao Felix said: "I want to be in it, to help as much as I can. These are the games where I'm most motivated, where I'm at my best. I hope to be on the pitch as much as I can.
"The competitiveness here at the club is very big. At some stage, some are in a better moment than others, but I've always done my thing, I've never given up, I've never stopped doing things," he continued.
On PSG, he said: "We have to raise the level we saw in Naples. PSG are better and we'll have to do a little bit more. They have a great team, well trained, we have to raise the level and use our strengths.
Finally, he dared to predict which teams would advance to the semi-finals. Obviously, he obviously chose Barca ahead of the Parisian side, and went for Manchester City, Arsenal and Atletico Madrid in the other quarters.
