"I would've liked to play with Pedri and Gavi"

After saying Argentina and Brazil were the clear favourites to win the World Cup, Xavi Hernandez revealed which are his favourite players at the 2022 World Cup.
The Catalan travelled to Qatar to visit the facilities of his old club Al Sadd. The Barca coach participated in a Q&A session organised by FIFA which focussed on the best players of the tournament.
"It's difficult to decide, but I'd go for Courtois," Xavi said when asked to choose the best goalkeeper at the World Cup.
He then went on to reveal the best striker: "Up to now, I would say Richarlison is the most efficient." Pedri and Musiala are the most skilful with the ball," the Barca boss added.
With respect to the footballers he would have liked to play with on the field of play, Xavi said "Pedri and Gavi." With regards to the best full-back, Xavi went for Jordi Alba.
Finally, he said French players Upamecano and Konate were his favourite centre-backs. He also revealed that if Spain do not win the World Cup, he would like Messi's Argentina to do so.
