Ronaldinho payed hommage Leo Messi in Malaga. The Brazilian legend was asked about the Argentinian's future at the inaugural 'Marca Sport Weekend' gala, and he did not hold back.
Here's how the Brazil icon responded after receiving the 'Marca Leyenda' award: "I'm friends with Messi, I'm really happy for him. It makes me happy seing friends acomplishing their dreams. I'd like to see him happy, I don't care where, but after his whole history with Barcelona, I'd really like for him to be able to end his career there".
Ronaldinho's comments come at the same time as PSG's doubts. Leo Messi's contract is up in less than three months, and he's still not signed an extension.
What's more, Joan Laporta rose hopes in an interview with 'The business and money behind sports': "Leo knows that he has a place in our hearts, he's part of our badge. He's the best player in history and he's been the most important player in Barca's history. I've got to be really careful with what I say, Messi is a PSG player, and I've got to be respectful".
And it doesn't end there. Leo Messi spoke seriously about FIFA's 'The World's Happiest Man' documentary on Ronaldinho: "He pulled me to the side from where everyone else was in the dressing room to where there was an empty space and he made me sit there. Ronaldinho told me to sit down and to relax and advised me to think just about playing".
