Former Oasis member and Manchester City fan Noel Gallagher has offered to become Pep Guardiola's "butler" if his team win the Champions League against Inter.
"If he wins the Champions League, I will be his butler for the next five years. I'll do anything he tells me to do. If he comes to my house and says he doesn't like the decor, I'll change it," Gallagher said in a BBC interview.
Speaking ahead of the FA Cup final between the two Manchester teams - City and United - the artist, who has always made clear his admiration for the Spanish coach, said that "whatever it means to be a genius, he is one".
He also cast the coach as the lead singer of an imaginary rock band made up of City players. Erling Haaland would be the drummer because of his power and the bass player would be Nathan Ake, "who is called to have the 'funk'", while the guitarists would be "the magician" Kevin de Bruyne and Jack Grealish.
To add to the supergroup, Gallagher would bring in Portugal's Bernardo Silva as an accordion player. "If we win the Champions League, I'm going on stage in my pants," the controversial musician said.
