However, he left his future up in the air by answering with an enigmatic "it depends" to the question of whether there is a chance that he will leave Atletico Madrid this summer.

Spain captain Alvaro Morata did not take his continuity at Atletico Madrid for granted and acknowledged that "there will be things" in the summer that he will postpone until the end of the European Championship in Germany.
"I'm fine, I've had a couple of complicated months, but I'm already in another dynamic, in another group, in a European Championship," he said at the 'la Roja' media day at Spain's training camp.
Asked about his future, Morata said that he will have offers to change clubs this summer. "I don't think about it, I know there will surely be things, but it's not something I'm thinking about now. During the European Championship I'm only thinking about playing for the national team and when it's over I'll think about that.
Given his answer, Morata was asked directly if there is an option to leave Atletico Madrid and replied "it depends", to which he added: "Last year I had a conversation with the coach (Simeone) and in the end things go one way or another, but I don't know what is going to happen".
