The Argentina U23 team are still very much alive at the Olympic Games. The national team, who beat Iraq, will be looking to finish off the job against Ukraine to secure their place in the quarter-finals.
Julian Alvarez spoke to 'DirecTV Sports' ahead of his country's encounter and decided to talk about his future at Manchester City: "There is a lot of talk. I am focused here [at the Olympics] because it is a short tournament," he claimed.
"At Manchester City I feel very good, I played a lot of minutes. But we will see after the Games. First, if I can, I will take a few days off. Then we will decide. Maybe it's annoying to be out in big games, players always want to help on the pitch," Alvarez continued. "But my season was good, so I'm very happy:"
In recent weeks there have been rumours of possible interest from Atletico Madrid, who recently lost Alvaro Morata to Milan. The La Liga side only have Angel Correa, Samu Omorodion and Carlos Martin in their squad as forwards.
