Inter beat Torino, Lazio finish second

Lazio comfortably came through at Empoli through Alessio Romagnoli's header and a beautiful finish from Luis Alberto in stoppage time. The win for Maurizio Sarris's side secured their best league placing since they last won the Scudetto 23 years ago.
Relegated Cremonese bowed out of Serie A in a positive fashion thanks to a 2-0 win over Salernitana thanks to Cristian Buonaiuto's first half penalty and a thumping late strike from Frank Tsadjout.
