Real Madrid are preparing for the Club World Cup final against Al Hilal this Saturday. Midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni, accompanied by his manager Carlo Ancelotti, spoke to the press and gave his thoughts on the game.
"It's a dream of mine to be world champion with Madrid", the Frenchman strarted by saying. He then continued by claiming that "It's a fantastic opportunity to increase my honours list and I'll try to be at my best level".
When asked about other current affairs to do with Madrid, including Vinicius, he said that "Vinicius is fine. We know that in football there are always hard moments. Against the opponent, the fans, moments like that happen, and we're all with him and it's a pleasure to have him in the squad. What's important is that he concentrates on the football and shows the level he's capable of".
Ancelotti's side go up against Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal in the final of the Club World Cup this Saturday in search of their record fifth title. The Madrid side are already the most decorated in the history of the tournament, but adding another one to their list would never go down a miss.
