Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount is set to join Manchester United at the end of the season. The Red Devils will pay 63 million euros for his transfer.
The fact that he has not yet signed a renewal deal, and that there is barely a year left on his contract, makes it likely that he will leave Chelsea this summer.
His exit from Stamford Bridge is a well-known secret although it has not yet been made official. So much so that teammate Reece James was asked about his departure when they were both travelling to Spain. "If he goes, everyone will be sad to see him go," he told 'Sky Sports'.
The English defender also spoke a little about Chelsea's season: "It has been a tough year, we've had lots of injuries and we didn't finish in the best position but hopefully next year is better," he said.
