Jesus hits hat-trick as Arsenal progress to semi-finals

Mateta put Crystal Palace ahead after a massive mistake by Kiwior in defence. The Gunners tried to find an equaliser in the opening minutes but were unable to get the game going again. However, Gabriel Jesus was instrumental in turning Arsenal's fortunes around in the second period. The Brazilian forward hit a hat-trick to give his side the lead but former Arsenal player Eddie Nketiah rattled the Gunners with an impressive header in the last ten minutes of the game. But in the end, it was the hosts who progressed to the Carabao Cup semi-finals.
