Julian Araujo set to sign for Bournemouth

Julian Araujo travelled to Bournemouth on Sunday to complete his move to the Premier League club in a transfer that is close to completion.
The Mexican, who plays as a left-back, played last season on loan at Las Palmas and Barcelona initially considered the possibility of bringing him into the first team, but with the arrival of Hansi Flick, plans have changed.
The German coach believes he has the position well covered with Alejandro Balde, Hector Fort and Alex Valle. In addition, the arrival of an offer from Bournemouth, worth around ten million euros, has made the Catalan club's mind up.
The player will sign a contract for the next five seasons, once he passes the medical and the various physical tests. Julian Araujo arrived last summer from Los Angeles Galaxy for around four million euros.
