French midfielder Khephren Thuram and American winger Timothy Weah will be unavailable for at least ten days due to injuries sustained during Juventus Turin's 3-0 win over Como on Monday, the Turin club announced on Tuesday.

Both players underwent tests after the match, which was part of the first day of Serie A, which revealed “a benign hamstring injury in the left thigh for Thuram and a benign hamstring injury in the right thigh for (Weah)”, according to the Juve press release.
“Further examinations are scheduled for both players in around ten days' time”, the text added.
George Weah's son joined the Piedmontese club in the summer of 2023, while Lilian Thuram's son and brother of Inter Milan player Marcus Thuram was recruited by Juventus in July.
Therefore, both 'Vecchia Signora' attackers will miss at least the next two domestic matches of the Turin club, i.e. the visit to Hellas Verona on August 26th and the home match against Roma on September 1st.
