Leonardo Bonucci has been told by new sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli that he is not part of coach Massimiliano Allegri's plans for the coming season.
The centre-back will be training on the sidelines and will not be taking part in the tour of the United States. He is therefore free to find a new club.
The 36-year-old recently set 30th June 2024 as the date on which he would hang up his boots, having played 500 games for the Turin club this season.
The Italy international played for Juventus between 2010 and 2017, before returning in the summer of 2018 after a disappointing season at AC Milan.
American midfielder Weston McKennie, Brazilian Arthur Melo and Swiss Denis Zakaria are also close to leaving the 'Vecchia Signora'.
