Kelleher hinted that he could leave Liverpool
Goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has been linked with a move away from Liverpool this summer. Despite having played in a starting role this season, with Alisson returning from injury he knows he will find it difficult and an exit would be a good option for him.

Kelleher has felt he has played an important role in the last season under Jurgen Klopp. Following Alisson Becker's injury, he has made 26 appearances, 10 of them Premier League starts.
The Irish keeper has enjoyed some good performances but the return of the Brazilian would relegate him to the role of second-choice keeper for the Reds, so he would welcome a move away from Anfield to take another step forward in his career.
“I’ve had such an amazing time at Liverpool. It’s been a crazy journey for me and one that I’ve absolutely loved. I love the club, I love the fans and I have a great relationship with the players and the staff. Whether it’s here at Liverpool or somewhere else, I do feel the next step for me is to be a No 1.”
“It would be great if that happened at Liverpool, but I’m not silly, I know that Ali has been the best goalkeeper in the world for years," said in an interview with 'The Athletic'. The 25-year-old goalkeeper believes that once Klopp's departure is sorted out he will be able to hold talks with the club to discuss his future.
"There will be some discussions over the coming weeks. The club was busy with the manager leaving and appointing a new one. With all the new staff arriving, those talks will happen," said Kelleher.
