Keylor Navas, according to 'Mundo Deportivo', would be open to a move to Barcelona. The Catalan club are looking for a goalkeeper after Ter Stegen's hard injury, and it seems that the Costa Rican is open to the proposal and would welcome a move to the club that were once his eternal rivals.
According to the same media outlet, Jorge Mendes would be a key figure in this possible transfer. The Portuguese is the agent of the 37-year-old goalkeeper and maintains a close relationship with the club and the board, especially with president Joan Laporta.
Navas is without a team to date. He played the last five seasons, apart from a loan spell in between at Nottingham Forest, for Paris Saint-Germain, with whom he finished his contract last June.
But he is not the only goalkeeper who has been linked with Barcelona. Another veteran, Claudio Bravo, who played for Barcelona between 2014 and 2017, announced his retirement less than a month ago, but is reportedly ready to backtrack.
