"Kimmich has Bayern DNA, I can't imagine he'll leave": Musiala

Despite Barcelona's precarious financial situation, they are still focused on signings. Xavi Hernandez is looking for a replacement for Sergio Busquets, and several names have been sounded out.
The number one could be Ilkay Gundogan, who is a free agent this summer after his contract expires at Man City, but the English side have now improved their offer in an attempt to get him to stay. He's not the only one though, and the Catalans also have their eyes on Joshua Kimmich. The Bayern player had been critical of the departures of two of the club's directors, and could look to leave the club.
His teammate Jamal Musiala spoke about the rumours of the move: "He's the hungriest player at Bayern. He's sad even when he loses in training. He's a role model for other players and has the Bayern DNA. I can't imagine him leaving".
"I'm happy for Jude becuase going to Madrid is a huge step for him. La Liga is the most watched competition in the world. At Real Madrid players gain notoriety quickly. For me, the Premier League is the biggest league in the world because if you play there, you can no longer go unnoticed on the street," he said of Bellingham.
Then, he was asked about the careers of Cristiano Ronaldo and Leo Messi: "I think this is the end of an era. The two GOATs (Greatest of all time) have gone another way and the new generation is here. That opens a lot of doors for a lot of players".
