Liverpool climbed to third place in the Premier League table after claiming a 3-0 win over Brentford at Anfield on Sunday. Mohamed Salah took his tally for the season to 12 as Liverpool continued their perfect record at home this season.
Nine of Salah's goals have come from Darwin Nunez assists and the Uruguayan played provider to break the deadlock after being frustrated in front of goal earlier in the first half.
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp was asked about the Uruguayan's performances in the port-match press conference after Sunday's Premier League game and responded: "Outstanding! Outstanding! Everyone can see!
"Look at him how he kept the ball for us, who would of though that last year? That he could do that for us. Standout was Darwin because Brentford wanted long balls so he started the pressing. Work-rate was insane," he told reporters.
