Kvaratskhelia ruled out by Valencia on two occasions

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis spoke about their recent title win and said: "Let's go for the Champions League. Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen are untouchable. They will stay here."
The Georgian international could have shown his talent before joining the Italian club. According to 'Marca', the 22-year-old was offered to Valencia in 2021 and 2022.
The first was on 12th March 2021 when Marco Otero said that the player was visiting Spain to play for the Georgian national team and several clubs such as AC Milan, Juventus and Borussia Dortmund sent scouts to watch him.
Miguel Corona ruled out his transfer because he questioned the level of Kvaratskhelia, who had only played 18 competitive matches for Rubin Kazan.
The second was 21st March 2022. The Georgian was a free agent because of FIFA regulations on foreigners belonging to Russian clubs. Moreover, the Spanish side had a free place in the squad but again rejected his offer.
As a result, the Napoli player decided to return to his home country to play for Dinamo Batumi. Kvaratskhelia joined the Italian club in the summer of 2022 for 11 million euros.
