At the start of February, it is normal for teams to be thinking about players to get in ahead of the summer. This is what Leicester City are doing, who went all out with the aim of strengthening their defence.
According to the 'Daily Mail', the English side are following Perr Schuurs. The 23 year old centre back has been at Torino since the start of the current season. Before, he was at Ajax, where he was trained.
To be precise, the Italian side already received a first offer from the Foxes for €26 million. The Premier League side are thought to be adding another €1 million, to bring it to €27 million in exchange for the Dutchman's services.
Everything seems to suggest that it will be something to think about in the Premier League's next transfer window. That is because the player is one of the Foxes' main targets. Therefore, they will try and make it a reality.
Schuurs numbers are very encouraging. Even though he is more anchored in defence, he is a player who also brings things to the table going forward. He has scored one goal in the Coppa Italia and got two assists in Serie A in a total of 17 games in all competitions.
