Leroy Sane said he and his Bayern Munich team-mates have the chance "to make amends" against Arsenal on Tuesday after back-to-back Bundesliga defeats that left them with little chance of challenging for the title.
"What has happened in the last few weeks we can no longer change. We have to look ahead. Tomorrow we can make amends," he said.
"Naturally there is frustration because there is a lot of quality in the team that we are not showing. The feeling is that now we have to show what we have, try to play a good game tomorrow and win it," he stressed.
The German striker also had time to praise Gunners coach Mikel Arteta, with whom he coincided during his time at Manchester City.
"It was great. I was pleased to work with him because he actually really helped me at City. We had a lot of individual talks about how I can improve, strengths, my weaknesses, we worked a lot," he told reporters.
