"Lewandowski has worked hard for years to be at Barca"

In an interview with 'Mundo Deportivo', Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski's wife Anna revealed how it is going for the player in this new stage. The forward's wife is a successful businesswoman who has been at the player's side at all times.
"Our family is well known for Lewandowski's career. For him, being part of a club like Barcelona is very important, it's an achievement which he worked hard for years for. He puts a lot into each training session. My role is really important. It's not always easy, especially when you have so many professional responsibilities", she claimed.
"The day Robert was presented as a new Barca player at the Camp Nou was very special and emotional. I started to cry. The Barca fans make us feel at home", Anna said.
However, the Pole revealed how much she had to battle to have a better life from when she was little; "I realised that I had been fighting my whole life, mainly against myself. It all started when our father left us when we were children, he stayed when I started to do karate and when I married Robert, because I didn't just want to be a footballer's wife".
