Lewandowski hits hat-trick in just 32 minutes

Barcelona are visiting Mendizorroza in search of a win to further confirm their status as La Liga leaders after Real Madrid's win on Saturday. The Catalans dominated Alaves at the start of the game and took an early lead.
It was in the seventh minute and it came from a strategic shot. Raphinha, who had a goal disallowed a minute earlier for a clear offside, put in a cross for Lewandowski to head home. The No.9 made space between the centre-backs and, with everything on his side, headed the ball into the back of Sivera's net.
But the Pole was unleashed and continued to hammer away at an Alaves backline that didn't see them coming. And so, in the 22nd minute, the No.9 and No.11 partnership came into play again. The Brazilian received a through ball and saw Lewandowski's run to the No.2, with whom he played the ball and, unmarked, he slotted the ball past Sivera.
But Lewandowski was hungry for more. In a pure striker's move, the player received inside the area, controlled and found space to shoot across the goal and beat the goalkeeper to score his hat-trick in just over half an hour of play.
