Liverpool still top Premier League table but without Alisson

Liverpool beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Selhurst Park on Saturday to stay top of the Premier League table but Alisson Becker had to be forced off with a muscle problem in the second half. It's not all good news for the Reds.
Despite some very good early efforts, Crystal Palace let the Reds play very comfortably in the first half, with Jota scoring the opener in the ninth minute. Alisson suffered a muscle problem in the closing stages and had to be replaced by third-choice goalkeeper Jaros because Kelleher was ill. The Reds knew how to set up their defence well at crucial moments to take all three points from Selhurst Park.
