Luis Enrique set to sign new deal with PSG

Luis Enrique is set to extend his managerial contract with Paris Saint-German. The head coach, who is in his second season at the club, will reportedly renew until 2027.

According to reports from Fabrizio Romano and 'Mundo Deportivo', Luis Enrique is set to renew his stay with Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-German. The Spaniard's current contract with the club expires in June 2025, which has called for the executives at PSG to enter talks for a new deal.
The proposal has reportedly been ready since September, as PSG deem Luis Enrique to be a key part of their project. The manager, who is currently in his second season with the Parisians, was fully involved in the club's transfer plans, as per Fabrizio Romano.
Luis Enrique is reportedly ready to pen the contract, which will increase his stay at PSG for two more years, unitl 2027. After changing through Pochettino, Unai Emery, Galtier and Thomas Tuchel in quick succession, PSG seem to have found in Luis Enrique a long-term head coach.
The former Barcelona boss is currently facing his first season without Kylian Mbappe, who moved to Real Madrid during the summer transfer window. Luis Enrique has lead Paris Saint-German in 62 matches thus far. From those 62 matches, he has won 40, drew 14 and only lost 8.
