Bournemouth winger Luis Sinisterra became on Wednesday the fourth absentee from the Colombian national team for the friendly matches against Spain and Romania and will be replaced in the squad by young Carlos Andres Gomez.
The 24-year-old left Colombia's training camp in the UK because of "physical problems that prevent him from being fully fit," the FCF said in a statement.
In addition to the Bournemouth winger, the national team this week also had to withdraw centre-back Yerry Mina, left-back Cristian Borja and midfielder Ian Poveda, all through injury.
The first match of the European tour will be against Spain on 22 March at the Olympic Stadium in London. Four days later, Colombia will face Romania at the Civitas Metropolitano in Madrid.
The team coached by Argentina's Nestor Lorenzo will be led by Liverpool winger Luis Diaz, creative midfielder James Rodriguez and midfielder Juan Fernando Quintero.
Among the main additions to the squad are goalkeeper David Ospina, who after a lengthy injury has returned to the starting line-up at Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr, and midfielder Juan Camilo Portilla.
