Madrid legend Figo advises Mbappe: "No team can offer you as much as Real Madrid”

On Friday, Mbappe made it clear that he still has "nothing to announce" and that his future will be decided before the start of the European Championship, which kicks off on 14 June. Madrid remain the favourites to land the striker, who received a tip from a 'merengue' legend.
Luis Figo, who played in the Corazón Classic Match against Porto at the Santiago Bernabeu, spoke to the media after the game and had these words to say about the PSG player's possible arrival at Madrid next season: "It's a very personal decision. In terms of world prestige, there is no team that gives you as much as Madrid".
Furthermore, the Portuguese does not believe that more world-class players will arrive if Mbappe lands: "It's complicated that it will be the case that all the players can come. It's not the same circumstances in which clauses can be paid as in the past. I see it as complicated. But Madrid already have a squad with the best players in the world and it's not as if they lack a lot of things".
To conclude, Figo gave Madrid as the winner of La Liga and in the Champions League he put the winner of the tie between the Spanish team and City as the favourite, although he confessed that it is very difficult and gave the keys to beat the English team.
"City are a team that likes to have control of the ball. If you take it away from them and nullify the players who can make the difference in attack and playmaking, you have a lot to gain. Ancelotti and the players know better than me," he concluded.
