According to Spanish outlet 'EFE', Real Madrid do not want to receive the La Liga trophy at the Nuevos Los Carmenes, where they will face Granada in their next league game. 'Los Blancos' think it would be disrespectful to celebrate the trophy at the home of a team that could be relegated.

Real Madrid have been surprised to be told they will receive the 2023/24 La Liga champions' trophy on Saturday at the Nuevo Los Carmenes in Granada and have said they do not want to receive it "out of respect" for their opponents as it could be the day the hosts are relegated.
Carlo Ancelotti's side, who were crowned La Liga champions last Saturday with four games to spare by beating Cadiz at the Santiago Bernabeu, do not want to receive the trophy in Granada.
According to ‘EFE’, they understand that out of sporting deference to Granada it is not the best scenario to receive the trophy, which could be presented on Tuesday 14th May against Alaves at the Santiago Bernabeu or on the last day of the competition, when they play at home to Real Betis.
