The absences of Brazilian Vinicius Jr and German Toni Kross, who have muscle problems, are the two main bits of news in Real Madrid's squad list for the Cadiz game on Saturday. Frenchman Ferland Mendy is still out, as expected.
The French defender is still recovering from a calf problem, and it's expected he'll be out for another month before being fit to return.
As for Vinicius and Kroos, they're suffering muscle problems and Ancelotti doesn't want to take any risks after confirming in the press room that they'll be available for Tuesday's game against Chelsea.
What's more, even though he admitted there are several players who are "tired" after the first leg against the London side, all those who are free from physical woes will travel to the south coast.
The side's full squad is as follows:
Goalkeepers:Thibaut Courtois, Lunin, Luis Lopez.
Defenders: Dani Carvajal, Lucas Vazquez, Odriozola, Alaba, Eder Militao, Rüdiger, Jesus Vallejo, Nacho Fernández.
Midfielders:Tchouameni, Camavinga, Luka Modric, Fede Valverde, Dani Ceballos.
Forwards: Eden Hazard, Marco Asensio, Rodrygo, Benzema, Mariano.
