Madrid to miss Brahim for at least 8 weeks

Real Madrid on Sunday revealed the medical report of Brahim Diaz who had to be substituted in the first half of Los Blancos' match against Real Sociedad due to injury.

Real Madrid got the 3 points in their visit to San Sebastian at the Anoeta stadium in the 4th round of La Liga, but Los Blancos suffered a setback as Brahim Diaz was injured in the first half.
The Morocco international had to be substituted before the half-hour mark of the first half, his replacement was Brazilian striker Rodrygo who started on the bench.
Real Madrid released a statement at midday on Sunday revealing the 25-year-old's physical condition after he underwent initial medical tests.
"Following tests carried out today on our Brahim Díaz by the Real Madrid medical department, the player has been diagnosed with an injury to the abductor longus muscle of his right leg. His progress will be monitored."
According to Fabrizio Romano the player will undergo new tests in one week for more clarity and is expected to be out of action for at least 8 weeks due to this muscle injury.
