Manchester City have made a second offer to Kyle Walker in an attempt to get him to renew and keep him at the club amid serious interest from Bayern Munich. 'The Athletic' report that Walker turned down an offer to renew in June, as he was unhappy with the game time he was receiving, even though the proposal from Bayern was lower in value.

Manchester City have reportedly offered Kyle Walker a second proposal to renew his contract, after the defender turned down their opening offer in June.
The Sky Blues are faced with heavy interest from Bayern Munich, who have made the Englishman their target, after he expressed he was unhappy with his minutes on the pitch across 2022-23.
According to 'The Athletic', Walker expressed preference for the offer from the Bundesliga side despite City offering him a better value deal.
Despite leaving Walker out of his starting lineup in the Champions League final, manager Pep Guardiola has maintained that City would "fight" to keep the defender, who he believes to be incredibly important.
The same outlet reports that since the German champions first approached the Cityzens, there has been little progress, and now with this new offer to renew, the Bavarians worry the 33-year-old will stay at the Etihad.
