The all-conquering Manchester City team continues to extend its reign in England's elite and never tires of making history. Pep Guardiola's side go down in the history books as the only team to have won the title four years in a row after being crowned 2023/24 Premier League champions.
The Cityzens came out all guns blazing against West Ham knowing that a win would secure them the title regardless of the result of the Arsenal-Everton game. Who better than the Sky Blues' youth product Phil Foden to get the title party started with an early brace to sink the Gunners' hopes.
Kudus pulled one back for the Hammers with an incredible bicycle kick but it was not enough to stop a Cityzens intent on making history. Rodri once again delivered a key moment for Pep Guardiola's team, as he has done in recent years.
The Spanish midfielder popped up on the edge of the box to beat Areola with his trademark shot and add a third to end Arsenal's hopes of claiming the domestic title.
