Manchester City are considering a number of options in their search for a replacement for the injured Kevin De Bruyne, who will be out for several months.
According to journalist Matteo Moretto, the English champions have a list of several candidates, including Florian Wirtz (20), who is excelling with Bayer Leverkusen. The attacking midfielder, who is also being followed by Barcelona, has been on the Sky Blues' radar for some time.
Manchester City have reportedly made enquiries about the German international, whose market value is estimated at around €85 million.
In any case, it seems difficult for the deal to materialise, given that the midfielder is an important part of Xabi Alonso's XI, and he hopes to keep him for at least another season.
