Man United drop points in Europa League opener

Manchester United led 1-0 at the break due to Eriksen's opener in the 35th minute. The Red Devils had great chances but could only score one goal in the first 45 minutes, while Twente failed to capitalise on the hosts' defensive errors, leaving them at a disadvantage for the second half. However, the Dutch's persistence saw them find an equaliser in the 68th minute through Lammers' superb shot from inside the box. The points were shared at Old Trafford.
