Omari Forson has played four competitive matches for Manchester United in the 2023/24 season thanks to the opportunities given to him by Dutch manager Erik ten Hag, who had faith in him and his talent.
The 19-year-old's potential is undeniable as he even provided an assist in the Red Devils' 4-3 win over Wolves in February. The English press labelled him as United's new gem but he has not had the impact of other youngsters at the club such as Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo, among others.
However, the Manchester United board want to keep him on board to contribute to his development as a professional footballer but have received several rejections from the English right winger despite having been negotiating his renewal for six months.
Forson wants to look for a new destination in the upcoming summer transfer window to showcase his skills on the pitch and get more opportunities and playing time.
