Erik ten Hag's continuity at Manchester United next season is not assured due to the poor results at Old Trafford. The Red Devils are actively looking for a new manager.
According to the British press, the Mancunian side have approached Bologna coach Thiago Motta. The Italian is currently enjoying an excellent Serie A campaign with the 'Rossoblu'. He has the team in 4th place in the fight for the Champions League places, a goal they can achieve, as Italy will have an extra place in Europe.
'The Sun' reports that the dressing room expects Ten Hag not to continue next season. The players have noticed a change in the Dutchman's behaviour, which they have understood to mean that his days in charge of the team may be numbered.
As well as Thiago Motta, other names in England include Three Lions coach Gareth Southgate, former Chelsea boss Graham Potter and Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi. Manchester United owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe will have to choose someone from this list or keep faith with the former Ajax man.
