Man Utd defender Maguire closer to return from injury

Manchester United are back in training and are working towards the new season. They played their first friendly on Monday against Rosenborg BK in which the Red Devils lost 1-0.
One of the players who did not travel for the game was Harry Maguire who is still recovering from the muscle injury that prevented him from playing at EURO 2024.
According to the club's information, "Harry Maguire is inching closer to a return from injury, after stepping up his rehabilitation programme at Carrington."
The 31-year-old is training with another of Ten Hag's injured players, Tyrell Malacia, who is also following his own recovery programme.
The centre-back last played for Old Trafford at the end of April in a 1-1 draw against Burnley in the Premier League, a week before a club statement confirmed the player had suffered a muscle injury.
