England legend Wayne Rooney believes that if everyone is at their best, Phil Foden is a better player than Jude Bellingham and Cole Palmer.

Manchester United legend and current Plymouth manager Wayne Rooney said England's best player is Phil Foden, ahead of Cole Palmer and Jude Bellingham.
The former player, who now manages Plymouth Argyle in the Championship, spoke on talkSport radio about Lee Carsley's latest England squad to face Greece and Finland in the Nations League.
"For me the best is Phil Foden. I know he hasn't played much this season for Manchester City, but at his best, he's the best player in England," Rooney said.
"Cole Palmer has been sensational since he joined Chelsea and you can also talk about everything Jude Bellingham is doing at Real Madrid, but for me the best is Foden. I really enjoy watching him," he added.
England interim coach Carsley will have to decide which of the three players to leave out now that all three are available - Bellingham has missed the last two games through injury. Palmer was the one sacrificed at the European Championships, where he played every game as a substitute, including the final in which he scored the equaliser against Spain.
